Returns You may be eligible to return your purchase for a refund, or to request an exchange within 30 days of delivery from our store. To be eligible for a return, the item that you purchased must be in its original condition and returned in the original store packaging. The original packaging includes : the box in which the item arrived, any tags and stickers (if applicable) attached to the item, all protective materials, and documents associated with the item. We will not accept any item for return or exchange if the product shows any signs of wear and tear (even minimal), or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way. In addition, to be eligible for a return, the item must have been returned to us per mail or to our store, no later than 30 calendar days after its delivery.
Unique pieces, special order, personalized and made-to-order creations cannot be returned for exchange, merchandise credit or refund.
All returns will be subject to a strict quality control examination to ensure that the returned products meet our quality control standards. If a returned product does not meet our quality control standards, we will refuse the return and the product will be sent back to the customer or the gift recipient, as applicable. If the returned product satisfies our quality control examination, we will proceed with the requested refund or exchange.
Additional non-returnable items include :
- Gift cards
- Any item not in its original condition and / or damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned to us per mail or to our store more than 30 calendar days after delivery
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable) Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your request for a refund or exchange. If you are approved, your refund will then be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a reasonable time.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you have been approved for a refund but have not yet received it, first check your account; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. It may take up to several days for a refund to be processed and posted. If you have taken these steps and you still do not see a credit in your account, then please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged, sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to our fault and / or error. We do not make exchanges for any other reason. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same item, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. and send your item to: Baszanger, Chemin de Charvel 4D, 1222 Vesenaz, Switzerland.
Gifts If the item was marked as a gift when it was purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the item that you return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or was delivered to the purchaser to give to you, then the refund and notice of return will be issued to the purchaser.
Shipping To return your product, please mail your product to: Baszanger, Chemin de Charvel 4D, 1222 Vesenaz, Switzerland. You will be responsible for paying shipping costs associated with returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it will take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item
